OT- outpatient needed asap 1 reference from the past 12 months. No local candidates, must be 50 miles away from Facility experience working independently. Neuro experience preferred graduate of an accredited OT program Current Ilinois state license BLS required

Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)

1 reference from the past 12 months. No local candidates, must be 50 miles away from Facility
