You will monitor quality metrics, drive process improvements, and support staff development through coaching and training. The RN Clinical Manager partners closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, manage staffing and scheduling, and uphold a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
