Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our pharmacy team. In this important role, you will help ensure patients throughout our communities receive timely access to their medications, especially those who may be unable to visit the pharmacy in person. As a Driver, you serve as an extension of our healthcare team. Every delivery is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely and accurately deliver prescription medications to patient homes and MCHP medical clinics.
• Complete deliveries throughout the county and surrounding areas in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Utilize company-provided vehicles and mobile technology to navigate routes, collect signatures, and process payments. 
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records. 
• Provide exceptional service during every interaction with patients, families, and staff. 
• Represent MCHP with professionalism and courtesy. 
• Assist patients with questions and communicate effectively with pharmacy staff regarding concerns or issues. 
• Operate vehicle safely and comply with all traffic laws and posted speed limits. 
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean, safe, and professional condition. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Previous delivery and/or customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with local communities and routes in Western North Carolina. 
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, required.
