- Experience: Previous Neonatology experience preferred

What You ll Do
- Provide in-house neonatology coverage at a busy Level-III NICU with approximately 6,000 deliveries annually
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, residents, and nurse practitioners
- Manage a diverse caseload, including general neonatal cases and some trauma
- Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives affiliated with KU School of Medicine - Wichita
- Offer backup call from home, ensuring continuous patient care
- Support the hospital s commitment to excellence in neonatal care
What You Need
- Valid medical license and certifications required
- BC/BE in Neonatology; new fellows are encouraged to apply if BC in Pediatrics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
