Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Flexible Schedule | 20-25 Hours per Week

Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Responsibilities - Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Input invoice and payment information into the accounting system
- Maintain organized accounts payable files and records
- Respond to vendor questions regarding payments and account statuses
- Provide administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications - Prior accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Schedule - Fully onsite role located in Indianapolis, IN
- Flexible work schedule available
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Three-day workweek option available for the right candidate
